Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Flex/PRN Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join its Inpatient Behavioral Health team at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, a 276 bed hospital with a 26 bed Behavioral Health Unit.
Position highlights include:
- Scheduling by mutual agreement
- Perform initial assessments, monitor daily progress, and discharges
- Provide medication management and psychotherapy when appropriate
- Partner with care coordination teams, families, and patients
- Assess and manage crisis situations
- Fully integrated EHR (Epic)
