This Unit provides care to the following types of neuroscience patients:
- Back and Neck surgical patients
- Epilepsy patients
- All neurosurgeries ( brain, pituitary, etc.)
- Stroke patients ( surgical and non-surgical)
Education
Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
Certification/Licensure
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience
Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital experience.
