We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to lead our Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid teams. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, particularly within the Epic ecosystem, and a proven ability to manage and mentor application teams. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, supporting system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues for both Epic Radiant (radiology) and Epic Cupid (cardiology) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid teams, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and user support.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes for Epic modules.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security protocols within the Epic ecosystem.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members while promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid modules.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Epic certification (Radiant and/or Cupid) preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare IT environment.
