Sentara Home Care Woodbridge is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join the team.
As an Operations Coordinator with Sentara, you will provide support to the Director/Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.
Requirements:
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- Required: tone year of administrative, customer service
- Required: one year of medical office.
- Preferred: experience with Electronic Medical Record systems
