Sentara CarePlex Hospital located in Hampton, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse for Same Day Surgery.

The Same Day Surgery (SDS) Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to surgical and procedural patients throughout their pre-operative and post-operative journey.

Shift: Days – Full-time

Department hours: 0530 – 2130 Monday through Friday. Minimal rotating call on weeknights (2100-0700), weekends (0700-0700) and holidays.

Education: BSN or MSN in Nursing preferred.

Experience: At least one year of bedside nursing experience required.

Certifications: Must obtain BLS within 90 days of hire and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
