The Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Physician Recruitment is a key member of the Human Resources Senior Leadership team and is responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition efforts across all levels – colleagues, leaders, executives, and physicians – within a dynamic and evolving healthcare delivery system. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving innovation in talent sourcing and cultivating a diverse, talented, and high-performance workforce. This role demands a results-driven, strategic thinker who can effectively lead teams, foster relationships with senior leaders across our lines of business and contribute to the overall success of our integrated delivery network.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in an Integrated Delivery Network or large healthcare system.
