The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Total Rewards is a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs. This position oversees all aspects of general compensation, executive compensation, physician compensation, benefits, recognition, wellness, and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy. The SVP will ensure that these programs align with organizational goals, support employee engagement, are financially viable, and position the organization as an employer of choice.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) strongly preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with a minimum of 5 years in an Integrated Delivery Network or large healthcare system. #LI-AR1
