One year of working with the frail and elderly population required
Sentara PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive healthcare alternative for nursing home-eligible individuals 55+ who would prefer to live at home. Employees at our two PACE facilities (in Portsmouth and Norfolk, Virginia) provide adult day care Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Transportation is provided, along with daily social activities. A primary care physician and nurses (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) provide healthcare services, administer medications, and provide routine blood pressure monitoring and any required lab work on-site.
