Sentara is searching for a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice Team in providing exceptional care to our Hospice patients along the Peninsula of Virginia (30-mile radius from Sentara Hampton Careplex). Position Highlights: ●Part-Time/ 0.6 FTE/ 3 days per week ●8am-5pm ●1:5 Rotating Call – phone only ●Duties include: urgent patient visits, medication management, family education, management of online death certificates. ●Locations: assisted living/long term facilities and homes ●Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits ●Mileage Reimbursement ●Annual CME Allowance ●Malpractice and Tail coverage ●Fully integrated EHR (Epic) Sentara was recently named one of the top five large healthcare systems in the country by IBM Watson Health.
